What should I wear for a northern lights tour in Tromsø?

A thermal suit is included in this tour to make sure you keep warm. Other than that we recommend using hats, scarfs and mittens. That said, if you get cold you can always heat up in the comfortable and spacious Vito with something warm to drink.


What language is the tour in?

The tour can be done in English, Spanish or Norwegian. Or all the three at the same time. 


Do you serve refreshments?

Yes, coffee and Tea will be served during the northern lights tour. We also serve a light snack. 


How long does a typical tour take?

A typical northern lights tour takes from 2 to 5 hours depending on the weather conditions and what the group desires. 


Where is the pick-up location?

The pick-up point is outside the entrance of Radisson Blu Hotel, Sjøgata 7, 9259.

I do northern lights tours from monday to sunday from october to march. 


How many people can come? 

The car's capacity is 8 participants. 


What kind of vehicle will the northern lights tour be in?

The transport is in a Mercedes-Benz Vito 4WD to make sure your northern lights tour is as comfortable and safe as can be.


Is the tour wheelchair friendly? 

Unfortunately at this point the tour is not wheelchair friendly. 


What if I have to cancel my tour? 
Plans change and sometimes you have to cancel or change the date of your tour. If you want to change dates, please cancel your booking 24 hours before the tour and make a new booking.

  • No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance
